Red Robin
We're thrilled to dish out this fun-loving multi-spot campaign that we shot for Red Robin with Integer. In "Cheese on a Cheeseburger", we see what happens when you go in for that dunk, and in "Dip, Dunk, Douse", you'll see that anything and everything is fair game for a cheese pour. Our task for these spots was to achieve a balance between our family's enjoyment of their meal and our hero dish's moment in the sun. For our close-up food macros, we shot on a separate tabletop set; our Director-DP, Erik Dettle, selected the P+S Technik Skater Dolly for this setup to achieve a repeatable motion that allowed him to romanticize all those deliciously cheesy moments. What really made these spots come alive was our talented cast. We spent a full week casting our families to find actors who were capable of natural expressiveness on their own, while also being able to play off one-another when joined together as a family. The casting process was a bit challenging, as we conducted individual remote casting sessions, so once we selected our on-camera family members, we held a virtual meet + greet for everyone to get comfortable before our shoot day. This ensured an intimate and lighthearted tone once we got rolling and perfectly balanced all those taste appeal moments.
